This all-necessary information in covered in this article.<\/p>\n<h2>How Is Leave Salary Calculated in UAE Labour Law?<\/h2>\n<p>Employees are legally entitled to annual leave as one of its key rights. All employees who have served continuously for at least one year receive 30 calendar days paid annual leave. The leave policy is for those with over six months but less than 12 months service.<\/p>\n<p>So, how is leave salary calculated in UAE labour law? Employer shall pay employee basic wage plus any housing allowance, if any, based on the last wage received before going on leave.
