The Dynamics Functional Consultant will lead requirements gathering and analysis activities within the implementation team. In addition to being responsible for business analysis, the consultant will be responsible for coordinating all project scope-related activities, including gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes. He or she will work with senior members of the team ensuring the successful delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics based implementation. The consultant will apply functional knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform in defining user stories and shaping the solution.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Show expertise in any or several of the D365FO functional areas
• Delivery of D365 F&O end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reporting
• Lead the delivery for the assigned module through design sessions, gather requirements, determine expectations & finalize deliverables
• Support the delivery team to comprehend business problems, develop solutions & implement through in-platform configuration
• Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing
• Demonstrate excellent consulting skills, including analytical know-how, written & verbal communication, team participation, and presentation skills

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• University level education in Economics, IT, Finance, Business Administration, Management or Entrepreneurship
• Excellent language skills, very good English skills are essential
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience preferably selling ERP systems
• Knowledge and understanding of UAE ERP market
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills. The Employee will regularly conduct presentations for clients
• Successful experience in negotiations, supervision and influencing others
• Proven self-starting and entrepreneurial spirit, that allows to work independently and to take responsibility for her/his actions
• Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as patience, confidence and determination in the goal realization

• Minimum of (3-5) years of Dynamics NAV Development and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
• Strong knowledge of C\AL, and experience with AL.
• Working Experience on Integrations.
• Real-time Knowledge on RDLC Reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks and Experience leading and working with one or more developers on the same project.

• Minimum (3-5) years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• End to end implementation cycle skills – Analysis, Design, Testing, Training, Go-live support/ improvement.
• Competent functional understanding of MS Dynamics 365 BC.
• Experience in providing pre- sales support for MS Dynamics 365 F&O is considered a plus.
• Demonstrated experience presenting and interfacing with C-level executives.

• Minimum (3-5) years of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 F&O implementation experience.
• End to end implementation cycle skills – Analysis, Design, Testing, Training, Go-live support/ improvement.
• Senior level consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics application with focus on business modeling and solutions implementation.
• Experience in providing pre- sales support for MS Dynamics 365 F&O is considered a plus.
• Demonstrated experience presenting and interfacing with C-level executives.

• Minimum of (3-5) years of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012/D365 F&O Technical design and development experience.
• Desired development exp: C#, X++ and T-SQL
• Participation in Dynamics AX 2012/D365 F&O implementations and development projects.
• Demonstrated history of successful full-cycle implementation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks and Experience leading and working with one or more developers on the same project.
